Appreciated how well-maintained and pretty standard the property was and its amazingly helpful staff in accommodating request to correct room type. Had air-conditioned, beautifully maintained room that was not cleaned or fresh towels given.

The place was clean and staff was welcoming and polite. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and all in all the room was spotless and bright. It had central location close to Queens. The hotel was in a pretty nice area, really close to the beach, the tower, and Honolulu Zoo.

stunning, stunning, stunning
The views from my ocean view room were simply breathtaking, stretching across the endless blue waves of the ocean. I spent my mornings sipping coffee on the spacious balcony, where the sun painted the sky in vibrant hues. The ambiance by the gorgeous outdoor pool was perfect for both relaxation and fun, with free rentals for beach chairs and surfboards adding to the excitement!

location right in front of the beach, very good attention and comfort of the rooms, being on the main avenue there are many places to eat and to buy. My granddaughters enjoyed a lot
There's nothing I didn't like.

An excellent location!!! nice view of the waikiki bay! Although they do not have breakfast service there are places next door available for breakfast and tiki bar and grill for lunch and dinner closer..
I thought the bathroom was too basic, no extractor fan. The valet parking service was expensive and not very efficient (it never worked to send the text message and have the car there in 20 minutes)

Great view and location
The ocean view from the balcony in my room was amazing, perfect for morning coffee. Room had air conditioning, a huge tv, and a refrigerator. Hotel offered free beach chairs, sun umbrellas, and beach equipment rentals. Super handy! Staff were friendly.

The location is good. In Waikiki but on the far side from most people. All within 1 block's reach.
The original room I took out (2 double beds for 4 people) was very small. Each bed did not fit 2 people. They were single beds, comfortable. I had to change to a room with a big bed. That one was good. I had to pay extra. . There is a MANDATORY payment of 50usd per day for "services" they give you (lounge chairs, wifi, etc) of which you don't use anything. It is a scam that this is not charged directly to you in the hotel rate, being that it is mandatory. . In the first room I arrived (which I later changed) the bathroom was dirty . The attention was not very nice ... but neither was it in most places on that island . The glass in the hotel is "simple". That is, you can hear noises from the street (even though I was on the 21st floor).

Perfect location right by the beach! The partial ocean view room had fine sights, and it's a quick stroll to the zoo and shops. Plus, the two-hour complimentary beach chair rental was a nice touch!
But honestly, the bathroom had no air vent, so it seemed like a sauna gone rogue. And don't even get me started on the mysterious resort fees. I thought I was checking into a hotel, not a spy mission!

Beautiful ocean views, prime location near Kuhio Beach, engaging amenities for families
Rooms could use an update!!! Noise from surroundings and other guests troublesome!!! Bathrooms small and poorly maintained!!! Hotel crowded, challenging to relax!!! Housekeeping standards inconsistent!!!

excellent location and good service of the staff. The rooms are comfortable. are old rooms redecorated so you will notice in the bathroom, It is not a luxury hotel but it has everything you need for the location and beautiful view of waikiki beach.
You can hear a little bit the noise of the cars, being aware that it is a very busy place, but even being in a floor you can hear the cars.
